Full time:
8:00am to 5:00pm with one-hour lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming calls to the office
  • Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Assist in the administrative functions in implementing personnel and HR matters
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding personnel and HR matters
  • Assist in end to end recruitment functions (screening, interview, selection)
  • Assists in providing Secretariat services to HR and Team Meetings
  • Maintains office files, develop and utilize effective filing and retrieval system
  • Assist in administrative and financial tasks, including planning for and arranging logistics for meetings and events when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or any related course
  • Proficient with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
  • Demonstrate capacity to undertake assigned responsibilities and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates may apply
